Safe T Turtle was adopted by PBPA in 2003 as a public awareness campaign to educate the youth of the Permian Basin. The campaign’s premier goal is to promote safety in the oil field and educate the younger generation. The slogan, “Play it Safe” teaches children about the dangers of playing around oilfield equipment. 
PBPA has Safe T Turtle costumes and presentation materials for school use. We also have promotional items featuring Safe T Turtle.
